self love is a practice

HEY BEAUTIFUL,

You know that feeling of knowing there is more to give but you just don't know how? or knowing your worth so much more that what your getting, but you really don't think your lucky enough to actually have everything you think you deserve? Do you ever feel like you can't show any sign of loving your life, body or achievements in the worry you may be judged? If you've answered yes at any point here- we must be twins!

I didn't always love my self, or my life for that matter! Self love has been a practice for me and like yoga and I have had to really work on it. The truth is, its taken me a long time to appreciate me and I'm still working on it- but gosh i love the feeling of celebrating me and owning my wins and opportunities.

It wasn't until 2012 that i truly began to self-appreciate and self-love! In this year I started practising all different disciplines of yoga, i worked for a large athletic clothing company who dared me to be courageous and celebrated my challenges and who taught me most of all to invest in me. I began my Life Coaching Journey later that year and fell even more in love with the work of Anthony Robbins. Since then i have attended many more trainings, travelled, ate amazing organic food and fallen in love with my   amazing man, Alberto. 

Self love is a journey, it takes time and you will love the process- pinky promise!    

This is what i am all about, i believe if you don't love you- you will never give yourself permission to love your life and therefore will always be longing for more never satisfied. Whats the point? Why would you want to live a life you don't love? for most people its a simple but unsatisfying way of living and is an easy one to maintain and so they keep living that way- I'm guessing because your here and still reading your not ok with living like this anymore, you want to squeeze all the juice and eat the pulp out of life, you want more success, you want more love and more happiness, you want to create a powerful and beautiful future, you want to see the whole world and leave a lasting legacy behind you that inspires others!
