10 Life Hacks To Implement For Awesomeness

Hey You,How are you? I mean how are you really feeling? Take a moment to check in and choose a new feeling if you want to... 

Before reading on, i encourage you to place your hand on your heart and breathe life into your heart space. Thank your heart for keeping you breathing, running, lifting and loving. 

Thank you from my heart for choosing to trust me in your inbox. I promise to serve up greatness, soul-filling goodness that will leave you energised and feeling full.

I want to acknowledge that this took longer than my estimated 12 hour arrive time- i got super excited and chose to jam pack extra juicy bits in here for you.... 
As promised, this email is all about me sharing with you the greatest 10 golden nuggets of goodness or "Life Hacks" I have collected in my 7 years of personal development. I have spent hours in the training room all over the world and in live time, learning with the leaders and founders of conscious living. People like Tony Robbins, T Harv Eker, Melissa Ambrosini, Oprah Winfrey, Blair Singer and the list goes on. Ill share all of this with you in good time.... 

 
10 lifehacks for you to implement for ultimate awesomeness

(a strategy or technique adopted in order to manage one's time and daily activities in a more efficient way.)

1) Nothing has Meaning until you place meaning to it. 
Your story of what happened or what is going on is impacting your emotional relationship to the event. We are all meaning making machines. Time to check in. What emotional value are you giving to the things that are happening in your life? Change what you make it all mean, and your emotions will change, and you will feel more empowered from being the cause and taking conscious responsibility.  

2) Life delivers feedback, never failure.
Ever feel like the universe is punishing your hard work? Trying to create amazing results and you feel like you are moving side-ways not forward? This is feedback encouraging you to try a different way, to realign with your mission or your why and to centre yourself. 

3) Your results are an absolute reflection of your values.
What are you values? take a look at what you feel most frequently, and where you spend most of your money- these are your values. Are you valuing love? fear? anger? mediocrity? health? growth? commitment to completion? 
Your results weather you like them or not, are based on your current values, again... whatever is happening in your life is a direct reflection of your current values. Change your values, by changing the rules and boundaries you live by and you will notice a shift. GAME CHANGER: Do you keep missing goals, perhaps your goals do not reflect your values. We will do anything to protect our values... did someone say Self-Sabotage.... more on this in coming emails. 


4) Self-love must be your number one priority.
Making time to self-care, self-love and self- honour is key to maintaining good health, happiness, vibrancy and self confidence. Schedule in your time, create a menu of things you love doing and make sure when you are feeling dull, down or anything less than your benchmark of awesomeness you stop, drop and self love. 

5) Be honest with yourself, build a trust bank
If you do not trust yourself, how do you expect anyone else to trust you?  This means being your word- committing to the things you said you would do, while no one is watching. Every time you break a promise to yourself you take trust out of your bank balance. Where is your trust bank balance at right now? be real, be aware and go to work should you now need to. 
6) The Universal Law of Abundance 
You are whole and complete exactly as you are, you are perfect just as nature intended. You do not need anything externally to create that of which you desire, everything you need is already right there within you. Create the space by opening your heart for that of what you want and the universe will deliver. 
7) Choose love over Fear. 
Gratitude is the only antidote to fear, when fear pops up place your hand on your heart and begin to list ten things you are grateful for. Bonus points acknowledging things you are grateful for about yourself. 

8) Choose to acknowledge and accept the things you don't like about yourself
By taking a good look at the parts of yourself you perhaps aren't so proud of or the sides you dislike (shadow side), you begin to choose acceptance and you start to truly understand that you are whole. Without all of you, you wouldn't be who you are today. You may not like past behaviours, but what did you learn from showing up that way? What blessings has your shadow side allowed you? 

9) Cause and Effect
Cause is total responsibility, accountability, consciousness and ownership, Cause is when we choose an attitude of "life is happening for me".
Effect is when we choose a mindset that "life is happening to me" and we take on a victim role unconsciously. Please note that i will talk a lot about cause and effect so take some time to reach out to me if you wish to understand deeper. 


10) Happiness begins within
If you are waiting for happiness to arrive on your doorstep you will be waiting a very long time. Happiness always starts with you, if you are wanting to begin to choose happiness ask yourself this question: "what 10 things could i be happy for right now?" This takes you from effect and places you in cause at the heart of total responsibility. 

 Wowee this is good stuff right here. Implementing these will knock your socks off i guarantee!!
