GOOD AFTERNOON WONDERFUL HUMAN How are you? Breathe in, time to check in- how are you really going today? Are you needing to take a break from what you are doing and take a deep belly breath? I encourage you to do this now, because lets face it when are you going to do it?
Are you pumped, healthy and ready for a productive, sexy and adventure filled week? I hope so because your week is going to happen with or without your permission, attention or consciousness- how you choose to play this week is entirely up to you. I have been experimenting with awareness this past month, tracking my breath, focus, mental clarity, health and personal progress and i have absolutely loved what i have uncovered. Ok, so i haven't loved all of it, in fact some of it has been quite alarming. Now that i know what i know (from being aware, and being present to my inner dialogue) i have been able to put in place processes and reminders to keep me moving in the direction i desire. You see, we can only shift, change and grow in the areas we know that are in need of nurturing. We do this by creating awareness. Your internal patterns are constantly creating the life you are experiencing, and weather you feel you have consciously chosen your current life or not, unconsciously everything you are experiencing is a result of a thought, a plan, a belief or an emotion you have mastered. We are all masters in this life, so what specifically are you a master of? Some people are trained masters in depression, some in success, some in anger and others in happiness. What ever your life experience is - it is all a result of the things you have practiced and developed real skill in. Remember that the results you are experiencing are a direct reflection of the hours, minutes and years you have practiced this pattern, emotion or cycle. So master, what are you an expert in? Are you a master in success, kindness, anxiety, scarcity, abundance, love, connection, intimacy, pain, struggle or joy? I invite you to quietly observe what you are mastering currently- what emotions feel most at home, normal, comfortable? Are these emotions and patterns your choice moving forward or do you choose to make a conscious shift to welcome in the emotions, results, inner patterns you do desire? Go on, dive deep- what is it that you really want to create? No more unconscious mastery little homie, its time we got all around conscious mastery. My clients and i work on mastering the emotions and patterns conducive to their desired result. We do this by a series of different methods I've learned and discovered in my years of coaching, training and learning. One of the most simple and effective ways that i know of creating a new pattern and mastering a new way of being is to begin by simply writing down what it is you desire. By knowing what you want you let your brain know this is what you are focussing on and going for. When you know where you want to live emotionally, what patterns you want to create and what results you desire you automatically begin to call those things in. Yes you must consciously choose these things everyday, and it takes persistence, awareness, self-compassoin and commitment- but all of the juicy things in life require these things too right? So this week i invite you to become aware of your internal dialogue, is it conducive to your desired outcomes? Are your emotions holding you back from creating your dream life?
