Choice Equals Change

There comes a time where we all must make a choice.... 
​Hello Monday! How you doing? drop into that big heart of yours Mummy and give yourself a big dose of oxygen, breathe it right in and breathe out the stuff you no longer need to carry around. 

Today I'm going to make it simple because lets face it- life has become so overwhelming and 'busy'- i know you know what I'm talking about. Some of us feel so 'busy' and overloaded that we just sit and turn on the TV or clean the house or do the washing or eat a meal and by the time thats all done we are ready for bed, tired from a day doing nothing that actually really moves us forward in the direction of our dreams.  Yes the washing and eating is important- i know you know what i mean...

Then we wake up, do some stuff that 'needs' doing, then by the time we hit the pillow again we realise we've been so busy being busy we actually didn't get the real important stuff done like making that phone call, taking that meeting or being present with our loved one. 

What we do matters in this world, weather its productive or not--  it all matters. How you choose to show up matters, if you are so busy running on autopilot all the time, chances are you aren't achieving the stuff that really matters to you..... 

I know we have all been here, my mission today is to get you out of the busy and into the impact. So lets get straight to the point.... 

What is it you need to get done to make a real impact this week?
What 5 things are you committing to that will elevate you in your business/ life/ relationship? Choose 5 (yes only 5 you over-achievers) and focus on them- if you have these done before Monday, feel free to do another 3 but serioulsy- choose your TOP 5 and stick to them, get them done! 

I know a lot of you see a book full of 'important to-do's' and know they all need doing, then get so overwhelmed you end up doing none as you can't decide what needs doing first- so go on choose your TOP 5 for the week, send them to me and lets get into action!!
