Powerful Presenting

OK SISTER, let me fill you in! I'm currently in Sydney! I am here for a training called 'Train the Trainer' and i am so thrilled to be here not only so i can be even more incredible in my business, but so i can share with you all the golden nuggets i am taking away so you can go out there and rock! 

Train the trainer is a part of the T. Harv Eker group of trainings that i have been doing since september last year. They add on to my Life Coaching courses and make me even more fabulous for you! I love the environment and being "back in the room" as you'll hear me say often! 

My biggest learning from the first day back in the training room today is that "the definition of greed is not sharing your gift". I first learned this while working for an athletic clothing company back in 2012 and its really stuck in my mind ever since! Hearing this again today really imprinted in to me even deeper and allowed me to really realise that i needed to share this with you so here i go!

"Who are you not to be yourself ellie?" is a question i have been asking myself for a while now. Why would we spend our lives trying so damn hard to be unique when really- isn't being authentic the easiest role to play? Think about it girl- It's so hard trying to be someone else- isn't it? Come on i know you know what I'm saying here! When we try and fit an image of unique we are actually masking our inner uniqueness or how i love to call it 'awesomeness' and its seriously hard work!

Then theres the next mind explosion that occurred today- who am i not to share my knowledge? It's super selfish of me to think everyone knows what i know- and i am sure not ok with putting myself down in a way that devalues my hard work! In fact, i know quite a lot about self-love, confidence, overcoming fear and being authentic. Ha! How incongruent of me to beat myself up! 

Its 12:30am and I'm super sleepy and need my beauty sleep! I'm back in training tomorrow and cannot wait to share with you tomorrow what I'm taking away from my course.
